We loved the product but I made a mistake with the delivery address so had to reorder last minute and pray it arrived in time. I contacted the customer service team to see if I could pay for faster delivery and the lovely lady who helped me was so kind and helpful! She tried to help me find a solution as well as ensuring it got sent straight away and left me a sweet note in the parcel too! The item arrived on time but I was so appreciative of her help, especially with it being so close to the Christmas period! X

I would definitely recommend Ducky Zebra, the clothes, (although a little on the expensive side), are delightfully refreshing with their unisex colours and designs. They are soft, well made and I am hoping durable, (the items I bought have yet to be worn as they are Christmas gifts).
Customer service is second to none, Sally is responsive, courteous and makes you feel as if you, the customer is truly valued. Just like the products Sally's approach is unique and refreshingly personal.

I’ve recently bought a second pair of skorts for my just-turned-seven granddaughter who absolutely loves them & would wear them every day if she could! We all love the bright designs & softness of the fabric (my granddaughter is very sensitive to the feel of clothing on her skin so this is particularly important). I’m a total fan of your ethics & recycling as well as of the clothes themselves & have bought several other items of clothing in the last couple of years. Decent pockets in all your clothing are a real bonus too! Ducky Zebra provide fantastic customer service & I have now recommended you to quite a few friends.

Nappy changing my newborn is so much more fun with Ducky Zebra’s brilliant characters to prompt chatter and bonding. Love the clever zip design on the baby grows and the roll down sleeves mean we can keep enjoying them for a bit longer! Love all the thought that’s gone behind this brand’s mission. I have a feeling my daughter is going to be growing up with the Ducky Zebra character crew. Can’t wait for the next designs!
